As Senior Operations Manager, you will be the most senior leader on-site during your shift, accountable for delivering the day’s operation across all departments in our brand-new cargo terminal. You will coordinate resources, manage disruptions, and ensure performance, safety, and compliance targets are achieved in real time. This role of Senior Operations Manager is pivotal to operational success — you’ll have the authority to make critical decisions that directly impact customers, partners, and the smooth running of the business. Alongside day-to-day delivery, you will help shape operational improvements and long-term resilience.
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
📈 Proven experience in a senior operational role within a complex, regulated, and time-critical environment (aviation, logistics, or transport preferred).
🗝 Strong decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.
🛡 Solid knowledge of HSE and security compliance in a 24/7 operational setting.
😌 Ability to stay calm, structured, and effective under pressure.
🔄 Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
🏅 Preferred: Lean Six Sigma, IATA, or NEBOSH certifications.
